January 2018: Only found out about this place recently! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food menu has good variety but the prices are on par with a restaurant. I've had the cod and chips, which were okay, and the veggie burger so far. Recommended for its nice atmosphere and excellent gin menu. March 2018: Downgrading to 3 stars. The lunch specials aren't good value for money. This is especially true with the pasta. I had a vegetarian spaghetti dish with tomatoes and olives. Except there weren't any tomatoes or olives to be found. As I ordered quite late, about 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, I didn't bother raising it with staff. This dish, along with chips, cost £10.50. Speaking of staff, they're an interesting mix. The ones who served me before were polite and friendly. But today I interacted with new staff members. Their service and attitude left me not wanting to return. One staff member was particularly annoying with their loud, inane chatter. I understand that one needs to keep themselves entertained when there isn't much customer traffic. But this one was grating. Come in the evenings for gin but don't expect value for money. Or consistency with the staff.
Very good bar/restaurant staff, not too busy as no live music this Thursday evening. A couple of tables free to eat and room at the bar! French onion soup, whitebait, skinny fries and sweet potato chips all good, garlic bread very good. Food served within reasonable amount of time and cleared away quickly without being over fussy or waiter interrupting 😊. Would return again.

Chanced upon this lovely place after being suggested by a friend, and absolutely loved it! Just the right size for the staff to know you well enough while you’re there, and some decent tracks on play and not too loud either. The fact that they stay open late is another added advantage. Had an absolutely fun time while we were there, and especially liked how the the staff joined in for the merrymaking when it was time to close. Memorable indeed, and will be going there more often now. Truly a hidden gem.
The beer was warm and the cider was only just cold. (Both on tap). But it was a classic English pub feel.

Great restaurant. Great food. Great service. Never fails to please us.so good. We have booked again for beginning July.
Excellent food and service. We like the fact they use an onion based curry sauce for theTikka Masala instead of tomatoes which is unfortunately found in some other local restaurants. We could not find any fault and this place is definitely a must visit curry house :)

Really great place. Staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Was advised to order a curry to share for 2 cos huge portions, and honestly appreciate the honesty. food was delicious, iced tea was even better. Will definitely return.
Having to work late so popped in for a quick bit of food before heading back to the office. The food was amazing and super authentic, along with the vibe of the place. I’m going to be heading back there for more lunches and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else. It suits either a relaxed quick bite to eat, with a group of friends or a nice meal as a couple.

Friendly atmosphere, attentive staff with a smile. Central location, reasonable portion size, nice decor. Restaurant is small however the layout makes it easy to navigate around. Menu not too big or too small. Options for vegetarians, meat eaters and fish lovers. Only let down was them not having the lobster option despite being on the menu. Will visit again.
Cucinetta is a great little Italian restaurant. They have a very good lunch menu offering a variety of dishes for £8. The minute steak is a good size and delicious. Evenings are busy so you will need to book. Marco is an excellent chef and his staff are very friendly.
43-45 Chapel Rd, Worthing BN11 1EG, UK – 01903 218182
Excellent. Food is good. Plenty of variety. All you can eat from a menu plus another menu for special meals. The dishes from the 'all you can eat' are smaller than usual so that you can have a few taster dishes. Highly recommended.
We visited yesterday (Sunday) for a birthday lunch. The group of 5 included 2 vegetarians and 1 vegan, and there were so many options. I particularly enjoyed the mock duck pancakes. The staff were friendly, and only about £20 for as many freshly-prepared dishes as you'd like. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic food, great service and all round lovely experience. It’s not cheap, but neither should it be - the food is worth every penny. Will absolutely be eating here again.

Went here for a quick lunch. Delicious food with quick service. Lovely staff with a clean environment. Tasty!
Quite surprised at some decent pasta. Just took a bit too long to get some drinks... you know how it is. Snowflakes stressed at half a dozen tables and then almost jumping down your throat as you question why you have been waiting 15 mins for drinks... that was the male 'manager' (person apparently skilled at running a venue and having excellent interpersonal skills). Four stars as the food was good. One star knocked off for arsey Snowflakes who don't like baby boomers highlighting their inefficiencies that the parents should have told them about... But didn't!

On a flying visit to Worthing, chose to eat here because it was near the b&b. Great, unassuming restaurant. Prawn Cocktail as it should be, tasty mains and gut-busting veg. Fine by me, a relief to not wince at any of the portions or taste. VFM. Stuffed and happy.
Lovely family run Italian restaurant. Very warm welcoming people, a well established business in Worthing, apparently 27 years! Your only there for that long and that's if your good. Delicious well priced food. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the pasta meal that they served up to me 10 out 10 very good Italian restaurant, in Worting well worth having an evening meal there, Michael calf
This is a good little restaurant. If you read more of my reviews - and you should, they're eminently brilliant - you will know I may be a bit sceptical. I won't call a restaurant "good" unless I really do mean what I say. So, what's good about it? The food is good, most importantly. The kitchen uses quality ingredients and prepares the food in a way I wish I could. I'm quite a capable cook myself, but this goes beyond my abilities. The cooks are a couple of old guys, Mama is stalking around the place, the waiter is helpful and friendly. They really do put in an effort to cook the food you want to eat. So changing items on the menu to suit your taste is no problem. In fact, the last time we went there, I ordered something off-menu and the waiter ran away to the butcher's because they were missing an ingredient. He apologised profusely about not being able to get hold of "the good stuff" but they really did do their very best, even if the result was a bit sub-standard. I didn't care, it was good enough. And they clearly put in the effort. You see, I rather eat at a place that tries hard, than at some fancy posh restaurant where waiters think they have peacock feathers sticking out of their behinds. We've been coming to Pomodoro & Mozzarella over about an eight-year period, during our holidays. So I can say the quality is consistent. And so are the dishes, the menu hasn't changed a lot over that time but there's the "specials" board inside if you want something new. Or tell the waiter what you'd like, I'm sure they'll fix it up for you. My kids and I usually have a Pizza or Calzone while my wife prefers pasta, especially the broccoli and shrimp Tagliatelle (?) she once had. She's still pressuring me into making that for six years now. My only gripe would be the rather small terrace outside but we always leave satisfied and happy. I will (and do) recommend this place to friends and I will most certainly come back here. My thanks to the staff for their fine food and service.

Fantastic food and nice ambiance. They offer a good lunchtime deal and it’s family friendly. I’ve been here on a number of different occasions and out of all the times, I can’t say I’ve had a bad meal or experience. If you like meat, try the lamb special - it is so tender. Honestly, you won’t even need a knife :)
Can't fault a thing...excellent, authentic tastes (and smells) a huge range of quality dishes, hand made and very generous portions. Loads for veggies and they seem very accommodating so I'd guess a vegan wouldn't leave hungry either. Fast and efficient service, can't fault it.
6 New St, Worthing BN11 3BT, UK – 01903 227780
Saturday night and didn't book but they did fit us in. Friendly staff and very helpful. Food wonderful and plenty of it. Definitely worth a visit and will come again
I like this restaurant - varied menu with dishes from around the world, good service, relaxed atmosphere. The prices aren't bad either with mains from £8 up and the portions are big so its good value. My only gripe would be that they haven't changed the menu in years and whilst its good, if you go there a few times, you end up a bit bored.
67 Rowlands Rd, Worthing BN11 3JN, UK – 01903 233300
Great meal with friends. Food tasted really good and the atmosphere was very friendly. Service was charming and very efficient. Will definitely go back again.
Excellent Nepalese restaurant, featuring well rendered classics from the sub continent and Himalayan specialities. Friendly and attentive service. The Sunday lunch buffet is particularly recommended. You won't be able to walk by the time you're done.

Great coffee cocktails and at the weekends a fabulous place to people watch. Prices are reasonable, but even in the winter it can get extremely hot inside.
Amazing cocktails and friendly staff. Very cool place to unwind from the day.

Nice bar and dance floor reasonably priced bar
Good place to go for dancing and drinking, DJs play chartsy music. Cool neon vibe in there, mostly young people. It no longer serves food, it's just a bar
31 Chatsworth Rd, Worthing BN11 1LY, UK – 01903 609000
Great cocktail bar very friendly had a fantastic night there with my girls and the cocktails are well nice so many to choose from xx
It's okay, the atmosphere from the dećor is good, the candles are a nice touch. But unfortunately the floor is quiet sticky before peek hits which is a bit of an off put. Also the drinks are over-priced in my honest opinion. The staff are well manored and have good skills when mixing drinks. It wouldn't be my first go to when asked where I want to go for a night out. But it is a good place to kill some time till the other clubs open.
